Odd. Having been steeped in sci-fi since the single digits, and having a baseline subconscious assumption that machine sapience is inevitable (though probably not imminent), my initial take on the videos was more that they were pointing out racism from a "you know it would be wrong to treat a robot this way, why would you do it to a human" angle.
