By this dude's definition of "super intelligence," we've had it since at least 1997 when Garry Kasparov lost to Deep Blue.
In other words, it's a really stupid definition. Probably because it's a fake concept that exists as marketing for companies that just pump out LLMs, slop, endless waste, fraud, and money pits.
