AJ is a complete MORON. For someone who claims he studied nutrition, well I hope he was taking the piss, because if he truly studied, then the person teaching him should be arrested and put in jail for life. Other than that, they should make Chemistry a mandatory course to get your high school diploma. I'm tired of a bunch of morons that say SALT is poison SUGAR is poison, etc. The problem isn't salt or sugar, it's the super sized population that indulges in food like there is no tomorrow. Sodium is actually essential and critical - we would be unable to survive without it, as to glucose, it is the main fuel for our brain, it needs it. Key here is QUANTITY. Neither salt nor sugar will kill you.......... Obesity will, because people exceed BIG TIME the daily requirements of sugar and salt. THAT's the problem. He should have taken his advice from true science, not some AI, though to be honest here, I think a lot of people in the medical field are incompetent - I suspect many people in such crooked industry are using AI or have used AI .............
