In my experience AI customer service bots are not much better than the regular chat bots which can never help me due to chatbots just taking info from the site i already looked for before asking the bot. The chat is there to ask help for more specific problems (in my case atleast), and bots are just not able to do that. Also had issues with AI ones it would say it would take action, like sending a refund fom, or asking/mailing a human worker, and then it just did not do that. It doubles down saying it did despite not doing it
