18:18 it's actually AI without the hallucinations is Google pre-2012, it spits facts but it cannot tell you how a thing which noone saw would look like, you can't have creativity without hallucinations, you can't generate an image without the hallucinations, making stuff up is a fundamental step of the creative process. even doing pure math you sill need to make leaps in logic to be able to generate the set of all assumptions and everything else that stems from that, otherwise we won't be starting from assumptions but from objective facts that no one can disagree on, and since those truths don't exist hallucinations fill in the void left there.
