He didnt take one major thing into account which is **competetion.**
As AI can lower cost, if the company dosent lower their final price, other companies will and if they dont their products just wont get bought, Meaning AI would make everything super cheap,
and not just that, once it moves to our needs like farming and cooking, and when AI can also create itself by mining for metals and coal for energy, since there is zero cost, Food would be free, and when AI could construct houses, housing would be Free [we have more than enough land its just most of it is undeveloped and rural]
and there would come an era no Human would need to work to survive, and thats a better era
and I think he knew about competetion he just didnt take into account to control the outcome
