Dude. First of all who uses chat gpt for work. Claude cowork and code can replace a lot of the workload now. If AI can do it better than you then just let it do it. Save your energy on decision-making and strategies. You can train your brain every day with reading and other activities. This video mislead because people may be afraid to use AI. Because they scared their brains might get rotten. But the reality is if they don’t learn how to use it. They get behind. If we are just talk merely about brain activity and keep the brain healthy then there are ways to keep it active. You don’t have to try to force yourself to do the hard work on something that AI can already do better than you. That’s not really smart in my opinion.
