I don't have a great argument, because I fundamentally understand how the AI "learns", but in reality how different is it from the way a traditional artist learns?
The obvious difference is that AI is like perfect memory, where a human cannot compete. But to the legal system, it may be hard to convince them that an artist's talent is not the same as an AI.
That will be the key.
