For controversy number two, I believe that the AI is basically stealing from the artist since the AI can't make any conscious decisions, it just uses the data that was given to it. It doesn't actually know about the rudimentaries of art hence why it's harder for them to draw a hand. Whereas a person learns to draw and pick their own style by first -learning about the concepts or rudimentaries of art- then by finding their own spin to it or style.
