The problem with ChatGPT and other AI is that they get their answers from internet. Like Howard from The big bang theory already said "There's no place for truth on the internet". For many years the Arabs who call themselves wrongfully "Palestinians" are infecting the internet with anti-Israel propaganda, and AI is not good in telling the wrong facts from the right facts.
