"I know that you have this much aircraft, fuel, ..." - NO, you do NOT. You subordinates always lie to hide their corruption and incompetence. The fuel was (partially) sold, not all airplanes are fly-worthy (some of their parts we sold or incompetently "fixed"), etc. AI can't account for that, because nobody will TRAIN it on such data. Who in their right mind will teach AI to detect corruption that fills their own pockets?
Actually, if the leadership CAN train AI to detect corruption, there will be no need for war! You win peace with honest automated factories, getting so far ahead of the enemy that it will dare NOT to give you a slightest provocation.
