Im a junior, when using chapgpt , cursor, or GitHub copilot at home I learn a lot, but not in a work setting. At work they couldn’t care less and just want everything done fast. I feel pressured to get things done fast and as a result I feel I’m not learning much. I’m urged to use AI to finish my tasks. I rarely have time to go back and read what I did since management just wants things fast fast fast.
