A.I. was resurrected in the 1940s and 1950s, (it existed in history; erased/hidden history) by Warren McCollough and Walter Pitts under the 'gatekeeper' at MIT, Norbert Wiener. (Wiener was born in Columbia, Missouri, the first child of Leo Wiener and Bertha Kahn, Jewish immigrants from Lithuania and Germany, respectively.
