Don't argue with end-users, sue AI companies using some kind of collective form. In the US, it's the only way. The music industry is progressing in its own fight because they have corporations which are accustomed to suing.
Educating end-users might not be worth even trying. As web users, we all are entitled, greedy, selfish, and hypocritical. Everything must be given to us for free and without consequences.
