This video is far-fetched but I'm not willing to say that it's completely wrong because there's probably is a lot of truth here the fact remains that you have to be prepared have food water and a way to defend yourself and way to sustain your life without having to depend on others if we all do that AI can't do s*** to us. Try to spend more time outdoors learning skills that can keep you alive in case of bad scenarios
