Don't focus on the new thing it's doing. Focus on the old thing it's doing; plagiarism.
Plagiarism isn't new. This is just a more advanced way of doing it. Much like how using ChatGPT to write your school essays is advanced plagiarism.
Imagine if when photography was created, rather than experimenting with how to frame subjects and set the lighting etc, photographers just took pictures of paintings on easels and claimed that as their own art.
