AI replacing all the jobs... Anyone who believes that billionaires are working tirelessly for the working class? That requires a spectacular level of stupid.
As for artists? Anyone who wants you to do something for free, for exposure? Remember you can't feed yourself or pay the rent with exposure. I am not saying you shouldn't ever do something for free, but in the case of an expansive project like this? A contract stipulating how you are gonna divvy up the spoils of your mutual endeavor is an absolute must. Also get yourself your own lawyer to look it over, because in the situation where the power imbalance is as obvious as this one? You can be sure there will be some screw you now, screw you later gotchas. Unless you've been to law school contracts are not a DYI. If the other party balks at reasonable accommodation saying crap about trust or other manipulative BS? Take that as a sign you need to back away slowly while maintaining eye contact-major red flag.
