I'm not sure an AI/robot tax is going to help the working class, it'll make inflation even worse and companies will just hire even less workers. You can't stop AI so I agree we need to figure something out soon, but like tariffs, taxes don't help because history has shown it doesn't go back to the working class. Unless you're sending free money or making jobs pay higher, it'll just end up going into the wind.
