In a word where all jobs are automated : So government prints money, then that goes to a fixed UBI to "plebs masses" that money goes to corporations (food , services whatever), and a little goes back to government from taxation. So in a nutshell. The masses are the piggyback of money transfer to corporations and will never get out of that peasant status.
