The problem is that there will no longer be "programs." People will converse in natural language, making requests to AI, and the AI will present the results in its own way, without a program behind it. "Plot the sales chart of product X for this month," and the AI will display the chart without ever being programmed to do so, just like a human employee would draw such a chart on paper.
