Most companies and people have no clue about AI. They think AI can replace humans and can do a better job. Yes, in certain things AI can do better than humans but they can’t replace humans completely. AI will only do what it has learned. Everyday is something new and might be different. AI can come up a generalization but it may or may not give you the solutions you’re looking for and meeting expectations.
However, every SE should use AI to make himself/herself better and efficient because AI can help you review your code quickly, fix it, identify potential problems. If you’re stuck with something AI can give head-start.
