Finding out an "AI artist" is filing a frivolous lawsuit is one of the least surprising things I've ever heard. Both are ways to get what you want without putting in the actual work. And before any AI fanboys get their loads curdled over this, I have a lot of experience with prompt engineering via invoke, and yes, I know it takes time and effort. But way less than actually learning to make art. Period.
