I mean, I dunno, without AI slop we wouldn't have channels like AI Slopalooza (I just discovered them) doing satire and parody of AI slop lol. But I have a feeling AI Slopalooza is 90% human creativity trying to disguise as AI Slop. And the irony of the AI Slop people crying "OMG, human artists are polluting our AI content" is just too good!
Wonderful video though! I think we're fine with artists who learned before AI came along. They'll always be able to fall back on their skills. But the next generation of "creatives" won't have any technique to fall back on since they just click buttons. AI learning from AI to teach AI to learn AI is the way it is now, and yes, dead internet is happening.
