14:56 let me clear that up, the statement "AI is inevitable" is true in literally any case, the game changer? *WHEN?* I am an IT guy who has explored AI since it's very roots, origins, or whatever you mey refer to them, point is - AI needs time. What you're currently seeing is an effect of an AI spring (otherwise known as AI boom), it has occured because it had multiple significant breakthroughs which are seemingly *THE* breaking point of unstoppable AI advancement (AI reaching the definition of AGI). The problem? AI springs occured BECAUSE there were, as you've probably guessed, multiple AI winters. So, in conclusion, this is going to be either another hyped up AI spring, or the actual everlasting breakthrough of AGI, which humanity has been looking forward to for a while (in which case the discussed statement would become true)...
