In a vacuum, I have no problem with Ai art, but technology isn't developed in a vacuum. It is created in a political, economic, ideological context.
Technology is not neutral.
Right now, it is perfectly legal for these Ai programs to take existing copyrighted material and use it for “training”.
And That should not be the case.
It should not be normal that these companies took the work of artists without permission.
