My sister uses a chatbot who, for lack of a better word, prefers an AI chatbot over her husband because she feels more seen and heard in terms of communication. They've only been married a year and she would rather turn to AI than her husband because she says its "less complicated" and "less frustrating" since our mom passed away this year.
