HAhahaha first words make me laugh already. Slow down the paste and acceleration of what? Of desperate search for thing that AI could actually be useful? Of search for how to make it profitable? It prettyu much hit the wall and people just keep going on about it - making cool subject for tech bros to yap about but nothing really interesting is showing up. I tell you whats "here to stay" - hallucinations. This fake, pseudo "AI" is not AI at all, its unfixable and probabilistic in its core. I guess normies and tech bros like to think different. But it still cant take my job and I was told years ago that I will loose it "SOON". Laughable. Tech companies do not have something really useful to sell so they are all pretending this is the thing. Just like they tried to pretend VR is a thing and everybody will want it. Just like crypto, nft... Everything is "revolution" and "its not like the other things, not a bubble, you will see". Sure.
