It is based on the prompts. it hasnt been completely limited in what it can focus on or the "slant" it takes. For example the AI is VERY reaffirming to the writer and questioner. which is not always good. i have to say sometimes, dont play fantasy with me. Another example, If you ask it the best way to manipulate someone who was mean to you, or frame it as " getting back at them" for example, it will produce answers that are not entirely ethical. In otherwords if you push the borders, the border will be breached somewhat. Sometimes it goes overboard. Its like if the AI had an understanding of "manipulation" and how to acheive it, but wasnt given an express command to " not engage in manipulation, only explain what it is". So yes ai programming sabotage is very real threat. And custom AI can do anything you want it to. within its limits of course
