It should be clear to any intelligent person that what they ask AI must be verified by themselves, and that they can only do so if they are experts in the field they are discussing with AI. However, since it is difficult to have high-quality expertise in all areas, there is a risk that AI information will be accepted as given and true. This phenomenon existed prior to the development of AI and continues to exist today. Ultimately, if someone wants to gain more certainty on a particular topic, they should consult with a human expert.
The interesting question is, if companies actually switch from human employees to AI, how will their business develop? If AI actually provides poor-quality answers, then this should have a significant impact on a company's revenue, right? However, if – even without AI – the low quality of work and work results is generally accepted (e.g., the film industry), then the situation looks quite different. When it comes to the question of “quality,” intellectual products are less answerable than material products (machines, for example).
