As a person with ADHD, which isnt a disability in the same sense as a physical disabilty but it kinda fits into the argument that disability doesnt equate to the impossiblity of art. my adhd actually causes my art to be more spontaneous and chaotic and unique because of my difficult with attention span and my overactive imagination, my "chaos" "rowdiness" "overactiveness" causes the ability to make my art to be me in so many ways, its chaotic and energetic like me. Ai art is hard to control and refine for my imagination in comparison to traditional and digital art. It's hard for me to hone my imagination into art, but sometimes you dont need a prompt to make art, or even talent, you pick up / use any means of creating art, and you take the first step, be it a splat, a stroke, a sketch, or anything, its your heart, your soul, your mind, and your being that makes you an artist. You cant squeeze it out in mass production, thats soulless. The argument that it helps people with disabilities is honestly stupid, art is heart, not machine. Art is living and tells the story and the feelings and the thoughts of a soul for others to see, or to be kept as a secret something that helps you feel less burdened. A computer doesn't live and it can only tell as much of a story that a person is willing to share and made heard. Art is all about passion and emotions and being one with yourself. And i got side tracked, but I dont think it really helps anyone really. Its an excuse not to pour out your soul. And if you don't want to share your soul and scream your story into the world then why are you trying to us ai to make art in the first place. I keep getting sidetracked, i am so sorry. In a way i am pouring my soul out, because I'm passionate about talking and sharing what i have to say. Thats why literature and music and videogames and poems and campfire stories are art as well, they're created with passion and then shared with other people. But yeah, sorry for getting sidetracked, i can't really speak for anyone but myself, but i personally dont think that its helping disabled people in any way, nor other people.
