I think the ad at the end of your video which talks about 'existential risk of AI' and other completely disproportional stuff is the reason these lawyers thought they could get away with this - OpenAI and a lot of other AI companies are waaaaaaay overhyping AI,, maybe not legally false advertising, but practically false advertising - OpenAI claims on their website that ChatGPT can pass the bar exam (Which it obviously cannot)
