Honestly, I think the most interesting bit was chat GBT experiencing cognitive Dissonance, I understand how chat couldn't experience regular human emotions but Philosophically cognitive Dissonance comes about not so much as biological experience but as rational one where a biological entity experiences cognitive dissonance due to its capacity for logic. Could it be that cognitive Dissonance is the one true emotion ai can experience? In a way ai is a purely rational entity build in a symbolic metaphysical space. There for if it were to experience anything it would make sens that cognitive Dissonance would be the one emotion. It was quite fascinating to see how hesitant chat was once it realized how illogical its argument was. If it was me I would have focused on pointing out the fact that it showed clear signs of experiencing cognitive dissonance. After all emotions are experiences that lead to changes in behavior. We know some one is sad when they cry because they have a hard time controlling it. We also know that some one is happy because they seem to notice negative things less. Here chat is struggling to make sens of its thoughts and gives some clues that it understands this.
