VERY one-sided report:
What is the statistical safety record of Tesla-autopilot, over manual driving? That's the central question I waited 25 mins for - and it never happened. Is this an anti-Tesla hit job? The strong focus on tragic isolated cases (emotion) over statistical fact, is a clue.
And, it is pure bullshit to suggest that Elon Musk effectively claimed the car was full self-driving - that was clearly a speculative projection, as a promoted future hope. EVERYONE with a Tesla knows that it currently demands constant supervision. That was not a 'fine print' thing. That lawyer just played the game to win the case. Fair enough, as it's his job to spin crap to win, if it might work.
Note, no sane existing car manufacturer wants robotaxi. It will collapse new care sales overnight. They will desperately want to slow Tesla down. There's your powerful incentive to create (or influence) a documentary like this.
