AI doesn't have that much data information for training most of the training only gives them a small amount of data to learn from the area it's at and even the facility being created, yes some use the internet but that's mostly for images, text, and videos. depending on how diverse or not diverse the area is can also affect the data training. also, I heard about this before but it's been a while if I remember correctly the medical facility and the police use their own medical records and crime report data but for the police, it's in their area.
