The video states that ‘AI doesn’t truly understand what a bird is’, but I’m not sure that I truly understand what a bird is, or even what that phrase means. I can identify a bird, be glad that it exists, experience all of them as beautiful and interesting and love them, but as to to understanding what a bird actually IS, I’ve no idea. What is it? What does this ‘understanding’ that I have consist of? I have an emotional and aesthetic response to them, sure, but isn’t this what I am, not what they are?
