I work on a little personal project/website where you could upload your pic and get feedback on lets say the condition of your skin or how good your makeup is. But skimming through the AI act this would possibly be classified as "biometric data" and now i have to read this whole million pages thing filled with legal jargon and potentially comply with laws that are meant for trillion dollar companies (haven't seen an exception for 1 person projects). Makes me just not wanna do it.
