Everyone is assuming that Amazon and Uber and Meta will keep making trillions of dollars into the future, but who will provide their revenue? How unplugged people be shopping on Amazon and why would advertisers pay money to advertise on Instagram to reach unemployed broke people? So it may not be $100 trillion question if need be a $50 billion question because AI will be so deflationary it will shrink all of these companies and the size of the economy to a fraction of its current size.
