4:26 Please for the love of truth don't spread the falsehood that AI training is stealing the data the corpos use to train them. Disney wanted you to believe that copyright violations were stealing, when court cases like Dowling v. United States clearly states that one who misappropriates a copyright is an infringer of copyright, not a thief.
Stealing is a criminal illegal matter, copyright violations (/piracy) is a civil illegal matter.
Even if we hate what the corpos are doing to all the artists and writers and other creatives without compensating them or even getting their permission we should be better than them and keep to the truth. Copyright violations are not theft, but it doesn't make it right.
