A level 6/7 senior developer should get paid 700k+ a year [with bonus] who are core drivers in tech companies but any H1B holder gladly willing to do that with 200k or less. 500k per employee annually saved!
Solution: Get rid of H1B and fake minim 5+ years experience for junior positions and your problem solved!
