I've worked on AIs before.
It's quite common for AIs to praise Hitler if you don't set parameters.
In addition, it was likely prompt hacked.
It's quite easy, I did it to ChatGPT before they locked you out from it back when it first launched and everybody was doing Uncle Ruckus prompts.
I got this one to stick inside ChatGPT though.
Perhaps with similar concepts mentioned above.
