for work I do seasonal jobs, between 2 to 6 months. afterwards I am laid off and I collect unemployment. while collecting unemployment I'm required to do work searches. so I applied to jobs online. what I figured out is you can put certain things in your application, that technically are allowed, but guarantee you won't get hired. and getting my application rejected by companies like work day made the process so much nicer. so I'm probably the only one in this chat that appreciates automated rejections
