Hard disagree with the conclusion of this video. I understand AI art comes across as uncanny and unfair at this point in time, but look at the situation from a different angle.
All this effort and money currently going around the art scene, billions of hours spent on creating wonderful works that we all love and enjoy.
Wouldn't it be great if we could get that work done for us, and we could take that effort, money and all those hours and put them to use on actual problems that require solving, like combating climate change, ending world hunger, ending and preventing wars?
I love art just as much as the next guy, but zoom out a bit and consider the serious problems our species faces, and we spend our time doing this?
