For myself, I've used the LLM's to help immensely in my job. I'm an IT Business Analyst. One of the worst things ever is to write business requirements documents. Now I can just write a one page prompt in Word, then paste that into Gemini, and it spits out a nearly perfectly formatted document. It's only a matter of time before businesses discover that this is a thing, and my position is eliminated. I'm at the tail end of my career, and there might not be another generation of IT BAs coming in after me. What's making my life so much easier, will likely mean an elimination of my entire position withing the org charge of companies in the future. Go into the trades, kids. Learn to be a plumber, or an electrician. And actually, to that point, consulting an LLM like ChatGPT or Gemini is a good way to make sure what you're doing is up to code!!
