But Geoffrey isn't comparing like for like when he says current AI is much more intelligent than us using just one hundredth of the 100 trillion connections in human brains. Surely he can recognize that humans have a lot more to do than just learn stuff and answer questions, which is 'all' GPT does at the moment. The brain has to run our bodies and regulate a huge amount of unconscious processes that take a massive amount of our computing power. Conscious thinking is a tiny amount of what our brain has to do.
