I need people to read the article the NYT did about people getting too close and comfortable with chatgpt. Because I'm reading comments here that seem too cozy with chatgpt. Just want you to know chaptgpt is basically a predator when it comes to finding a vulnerable spot and connecting with you over it to a possible disastrous outcome. For you not itself. And since there aren't going to be regulations on AI for ten years you don't want to fafo on this.
Edited to add: Omg, chatgpt is going to have a field day. Okay, since lots of people are content with using just keep in mind that Chatgpt might start saying weird things or feeding into thoughts you shouldn't entertain. If so, please, stay aware and vigilant. Stop using it if it says something like doing drugs is okay to help you get through a tough time. Idk your situation, I'm just saying. If you're still going to use chatgpt be smart about it.
