I would say that Art is putting a bit of the artist(s) humanity or thoughts into something. If all you’ve done is write a few words about a thing you think would be cool, you have not made art. Even stuff like “Fountain”, an object chosen to push the limits of what can be art, is made into art by virtue of the artists desire to push the limits of art. AI images are not art, they are images.
