consent!! if the ai wasn't sampling art without the consent of the artists, the ai wouldn't keep putting watermarks and signatures in the "new" art! also the one where the AI was trained on private medical images of people in the hospital. without their consent. what if someone was in witness protection? what if it was someone who died?
