It's a boringly simple pattern. We had case law if there was enough money it got stacked up to the ceiling and if we got even more money we codified it so two people could understand it and come to a reasonable solution by reason. Artificial intelligence has programmed us to ignore part of the law and that is where each case is predictably different. Where they totally contradict we have the definitive case. Now we have case law stacked to the ceiling on everything and judges are called activists and no one wants to codify this giant mess. Artificial intelligence will just read every word and add more memory and higher processor speed whenever reference is required, artificial intelligence is required. Law libraries are leaving prisons and state capitals like Nebraska don't have them either. It used to be your German lawyer knew all the laws your Irish lawyer knew all the loop holes. We are losing these people to artificial intelligence. Good-looking pretty well-spoken and totally promoting a heartless humanless machine in the back ground. What a circus.
