It was abound to happen. Look up robots farming. It is extraordinary. Imagine robotic bees carrying pollen to crop! They are working on the battery life. Tractors are becoming autonomous as well.
I wont be around, but perhaps great grand children will see robotic doctors doing surgery. There was a report a doctor from around the world can conduct surgery by remotely controlled devices to a patient on a different continent.
There is a trial of a robot for someone with dementia. This robot will be a caregiver, reminding the patient to take meds, play music, basically conducting a schedule to keep the patient active.
There are other changes in the tech world that are amazing. Of course there are cons that are being worked on.
The creepy thing is there are robots that are programmed to learn. 😐
