Iron is in an earlier stage of development than Optimus. Iron is the best and smartest robot in China and will catch up to Optimus. It still has wires hanging out like the Optimus V1 and I believe Xpeng is working on more advanced hands that will be like Optimus; 22 DOF vs. the current 15 DOF. Iron is going to be probably the primary humanoid in China, but not for 2 or three years I think. It has development and cost reduction cycles to go through. Xpeng cars are much closer to becoming dominant. Next year they may catch up to BYD.
